HOW IT WORKS

  • Fill out an enquiry form and provide any information you’d like about what you have in mind. We’ll arrange a time for you to come into our Mayfair studio for your consultation.

  • We take your measurements and discuss fit, cloth and detail. You inform the design and we’ll hone the styling together, offering as much (or as little) advice as you’d like. Some of our customers come with a fully formed vision and others like a lot more guidance.

  • Payment will be taken up front to get your garments underway. The process typically takes 8 weeks. If you require a baste fitting this adds a few more weeks.

  • We’ll arrange for you to come back to the studio for your fitting. We’ll agree any adjustments and they will be carried out promptly - typically 7 days.

  • We keep your patterns and preferences on file to make future orders even easier.

Founded by Hattie Glendenning in 2023, HAX offers bespoke and made-to-order tailoring, for all ages and genders, at an accessible price point. We have a beautiful studio in the heart of London, just off Savile Row. 

The service we provide is a refreshing and modern alternative to traditional tailoring. There is no compromise on quality. We purchase the best cloth from the best merchants in the world. Our distinctive styling goes beyond conventional boundaries. We work closely with each client and provide a highly personal Service - whether creating an everyday essential, a wardrobe classic or an avant-garde piece of occasionwear.
